By accessing or using BuildCost (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BuildCost provides free construction cost estimates for informational and planning purposes only. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission from Grangewell Ventures LLC.

Estimates Are Not Quotes

All cost estimates generated by BuildCost are approximations based on regional averages and publicly available data. They are not contractor quotes, bids, or guarantees of actual project cost. Actual costs vary based on site conditions, contractor pricing, material availability, and other factors. Always obtain multiple quotes from licensed contractors before making financial decisions.

Contractor Referrals

When you submit a quote request, your contact information and project details may be shared with third-party contractors and service platforms to facilitate quotes. Grangewell Ventures LLC does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any contractor. You are responsible for independently verifying contractor credentials, licenses, and insurance before hiring.

Affiliate Links

The Site contains affiliate links to third-party products and services, including Amazon and Home Depot. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our estimates or recommendations.

Disclaimer of Warranties
